“I’s not invisible” is a public presentation created for Intersex Awareness Day. Merging social awareness and education about intersex issues with the arts; presenting socio-political work created by local intersex bodied artists about their experiences while engaging audiences in dialogue about an often invisible community.
Film screenings include some local and nationally made shorts. Live performance includes spoken word, sound performance, and live performance art.
Admission is pay what you can donation, no one turned away.
The City of Houston will be illuminating City Hall for Intersex Awareness Day Oct 25 through Oct 27.
